5. Enter Your Phone Number.
6. Enter Your Active eMAIL. (Your own email. If you don't have, create one for this exercise)

IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ACTIVE EMAIL

7. Enter Your Prefered username.
8. Enter Your Prefered password. (not less than 6 characters)

To Make Payment

1. Log in into your Dashboard
2. Get your ATM Card ready for payment
3. TO AVOID ERROR IN YOUR PAYMENT.
   Confirm that your ATM Card is activated for ONLINE Payment from your Bank
4. Click on Entrance Form Payment Menu
5. After submitting your payment details, don’t distract the process; wait patiently until you are redirected back to our website to continue your registration.
6. After payment, if you have any problem in completing your form.
   Just forward your RRR payment receipt sent to your mailbox to info@oauthc.gov.ng, oauthc_ileife@yahoo.com, folusoawoyode79@gmail.com or whatsapp number +234 803 439 7012 or both for confirmation
7. Don't Click on Entrance Form Payment Menu again
8. After payment, if you have successfully redirected back to our website, then log in again into your dashboard to complete your registration form.

To Complete Your Registration

1. Log in into your Dashboard
2. Click on Complete Your Form Menu
3. Follow the Dashboard Menus in sequence to complete your REGISTRATION.

To Upload Your Passport Photo

1. See above sample passport photo as an example
2. Upload your recent & decent Passport size Photograph (2 x 2 inches) in size not more than 80Kb with either (jpg, jpeg, gif or png format)
   No room for a change of passport photograph once uploaded.

Print/Reprint your Examination Slip

1. Remember to Print your Examination Slip with COLOUR PRINTER.
2. Reprint your Examination Slip with COLOUR PRINTER a week before Examination date
